Pictures at an Exhibition presents images of one notable show every weekday.

Today’s show: “Lorrena Herrera Rashid: Under the Volcano” is on view at Marso Gallery in Mexico City through Saturday, July 29. The solo exhibition, which is the Morelos-based artist’s first show in Mexico City, takes its name from Malcolm Lowry’s novel of the same that tells “a hallucinating story that takes place in Cuernavaca and whose characters go through a delirious panorama between paradise and hell,” according to a press release.
